Empower is a non-denominational, Christian organization founded by Ventura Palmer in 2015, based in Lafayette, IN. Empower hosts events, workshops, conferences, and retreats; all to build up Kingdom Women of Valor.

Empower stands for: Expressing Movement and Providing Our Women Everything needed to be Resilient.  This organization was created to enhance, and encourage all women. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

It is our goal to create a community of women that support each other through the chaos of life. We consider the problem's, and issue's of life to be dying moments that God uses for his ultimate glory. We center the mission of the Empower organization around Jesus Christ. We rely on the word of God for spiritual guidance, correction, and instruction. It is because of Jesus Christ that we are heirs of the throne of grace. We may now call him Abba Father!
